ChoralCast presents choral notation on a wall, TV, or stage screen so singers can lift their eyes from folders, sing outward, and stay connected to the director.
ChoralCast formatting is $50 per song. The price includes PNG slides in both Rehearsal and Performance versions, ProPresenter files in both versions, and MP4 videos synced to your provided tracks (demo, split, or stereo).
Purchase the underlying sheet music and audio separately. ChoralCast is included with all new CCT Music.
No. ChoralCast supports music your church has purchased. It does not replace purchasing the underlying music or required permissions.
Yes. ChoralCast is part of CCT Music, and all new music from CCT Music comes with ChoralCast. Purchase new CCT Music directly from Semsen Music.
ChoralCast also offers a separate visual formatting service. Contact brian@choralcast.com about your song or collection. After placing your formatting order, submit purchased sheet music, applicable purchased audio, and publisher proof of purchase.
Purchase the underlying audio separately and provide it for applicable video formatting. MP4 options use the full demo, split track, or stereo track you supply.
Rehearsal Edition uses black notation on white for learning notes and phrases. Performance Edition uses white notation on black to reduce screen glow during worship.
No. Manual slide operation supports rehearsal and worship, including repeating passages at the pace your choir needs.
ProPresenter-ready files are available for both editions. For optional automation, configure MIDI input in your presentation software and MIDI output in your playback system, assign cues, and test the song. Keep manual control available as a backup.
Consult your software manufacturer for system-specific instructions. ChoralCast does not supply MIDI files, audio stems, or system-specific configuration support.
Completed materials are delivered digitally.
How will I be billed?
CCT Music will send an invoice upon delivery of the ChoralCast Bundle.
Position the screen where singers can read while watching the director. Check readability from every choir row before rehearsal begins.
