ChoralCast formatting — $50 per song

One price includes:

• PNG slides in both Rehearsal and Performance versions.

• ProPresenter files in both versions.

• MP4 videos synced to your provided demo, split, or stereo tracks.

Purchase the underlying sheet music and audio separately. ChoralCast is included with all new CCT Music, which can be purchased directly from Semsen Music.

Ordering for music your choir already owns

1. Purchase your music

Buy sheet music and applicable audio directly from the publisher or an authorized distributor.

2. Arrange your ChoralCast order

Contact brian@choralcast.com about formatting your song or collection at $50 per song.

3. Submit your source files

After arranging your formatting order, provide purchased sheet music as a PDF or scanned copy, your purchased demo, split, or stereo tracks, and a publisher receipt, invoice, or purchase confirmation. Use the submission button on this page.

4. Verification and formatting

After verification, ChoralCast prepares your PNG slides, ProPresenter files in both versions, and MP4 videos synced to the tracks you provide.

5. Receive your files

Completed materials are delivered digitally for rehearsal and worship.

Respecting the music and its creators

The separate formatting service does not sell the underlying music or audio. Your source materials are used for formatting and synchronization and are not retained beyond fulfillment.
